Description
Many digital projects fail before they even start. Not because of a lack of budget or talent. They fail because of a lack of definition and clarity about what should be built, for whom, and why. The result is predictable: teams executing in different directions, initiatives that are re-evaluated halfway through, continuous work and technical debt, and resources invested in what does not solve the real problem. This training is a practical tool for teams to learn how to define digital projects and products with criteria and in a practical way before the chaos of execution prevents it.
What it solves
Projects starting without clarity — the team begins execution without having defined what is actually being built or what problem it solves.
Misalignment between departments — business, technology, and design interpret the same project in different ways, generating friction and rework.
Scope growing out of control — without a solid definition from the start, any project tends to expand and lose focus.
Initiatives that are rethought halfway through — costly changes of direction that could have been avoided with a better definition at the source.
What they are carrying
A replicable methodology for defining digital projects and initiatives with clarity and traceability.
Shared criteria to align the team on what is being built, for whom, and with what objective.
A prioritization framework to help distinguish the urgent from the important and the desirable from the necessary.
Concrete tools to document and communicate the definition of a project to stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to produce alignment among the different areas involved.
How we will work
This training is structured into 8 sessions of 3 hours, designed to combine learning and immediate application.
Each session is divided into two blocks:
An hour and a half of theory — frameworks, methodologies, and criteria to define digital projects and initiatives with clarity.
An hour and a half of practice — direct application to real team cases, with guidance and real-time feedback.
Nothing that is not of direct use leaves the session.
