Description

The transformation department of one of Mexico's leading Sofomes contacted bettter requesting help to align the organization and its departments in mapping a credit origination workflow using advanced digital signatures. The workflow had to serve multiple purposes. First, to enable digital signatures to streamline sales for the commercial team with agents in the field. Simultaneously, to align the organization and its external digital service providers needed to enable that sale.

What it solves

bettter supported the organization in mapping a flow that would visualize all implications, both technological and regulatory. The flow had to be approved by various official institutions and credit partners, and serve as a reference for the providers servicing the flow to make it effective.

To achieve a high level of visibility, we proposed creating an artifact to function as an iterable prototype. Once the structure of the different service layers was established, we continuously presented the flow to the areas and providers, aiming to visualize the maximum amount of information, interactions, microservices, and regulations involved.

To reach this alignment, we initiated a series of workshops where we helped participants visualize the information and understand the implications of the different service layers, progressively iterating the artifact through interaction with areas and institutions.

During a month of work, we carried out a total of ten iterations, through which we built the final artifact. Once the corresponding validations were completed, bettter supported its adaptation into two formats: an interactive one —for its integration into the application— and a conversational one, aimed at enabling the service through messaging applications.

What they are carrying

  • We align the entire organization to map the complete flow.

  • We design the flow by mapping all technological, regulatory, and service layers.

  • Approval from regulatory areas and associates

  • We facilitate the installation of a digital flow that multiplied the organization's digital origination by 10.
